Collllor Service Fees

To help Collllor run smoothly and to cover the costs of the products and services we provide we charge a service fee when an order is confirmed.

Vendor service fee

The entire service fee is deducted from the Vendor payout, and no Collllor service fee is paid by buyers. 
We charge vendors 7% calculated from the order subtotal (the seller services and materials cost, but excluding taxes and shipping cost) and is automatically deducted from the vendor's payout. Collllor service fee includes payment transaction fees.

To review the service fee charged for a particular order:

1. Go to My Orders In your Collllor account
2. Under the order details that you want to review, you'll find the Collllor Service Fee
