Auto-Debit Payment Authorization

I hereby authorize Collllor, LLC to auto-debit the Credit card listed here on scheduled payments approved by me and the Seller and agree to perform the obligations set forth by the credit card issuer.

I further understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I paid all outstanding balances. In the case of a transaction being rejected for Non-sufficient Funds, I understand that Collllor, LLC may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days, and agree to an additional $35 charge for each attempt returned NSF which will be Initiated as a separate transaction.

I certify that I am an authorized user of the credit account and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with my credit card company; so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in approved orders.
